Counselor | Rising Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychology
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and not have to carry everything alone. I'm here to create an environment that feels supportive, genuine, and collaborative, where clients of all ages feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, challenges, and goals without fear of judgment.
I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm. I also have experience supporting children with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma-related concerns, and emotional or behavioral difficulties, while helping parents feel more confident and supported in understanding their child's needs. I recognize that challenges rarely affect just one person, and I value helping individuals and families strengthen communication, connection, and emotional understanding together.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, flexible, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change often happens through small, manageable steps over time. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to each client's unique personality, experiences, and goals. I strive to balance warmth, encouragement, and validation with insight, skill-building, and gentle challenges that support growth and self-awareness.
My clinical experience includes working in outpatient therapy, integrated behavioral health within primary care, child trauma services, autism support programs, and crisis-focused settings throughout the Philadelphia area. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of adaptability, creativity, and meeting clients where they are in the therapeutic process. I am currently working toward my LPC and am also a rising doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Above all, I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, authenticity, and compassion. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my hope is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and confident in navigating life's challenges.
